Grieve2Live Support Circle
Grief Changes You. You Don’t Have to Face It Alone.
This is a small, intimate circle for women grieving the loss of someone they love. Limited to 6–8 women, we’ll gather virtually once a month for five months in a safe, confidential space where you can:
• Share your story and talk about the person you’re grieving
• Be seen, heard, and understood
• Explore the feelings that come with loss
• Connect with other women who truly “get it”
• Find support as you navigate life after loss
This is not therapy. It’s a place to feel, share, listen, remember, and be supported in community.
Potential Session Topics
-
Share your story, honor the person you’re grieving, and begin building connection within the Circle.
We’ll create space to talk about who you’ve lost, what has brought you here, and the experiences that have shaped your grief. There is no right way to tell your story and no expectation to share more than feels comfortable.
-
Explore the many emotions that can come with grief.
Grief can bring sadness, anger, loneliness, guilt, relief, confusion, love, and so much more. Together, we’ll make space for whatever feelings are present and explore how they can change over time.
-
Explore the ways we continue to feel connected to the people we love.
We may explore spiritual connection, meaning, intuition, memories, rituals, and the moments that remind us our relationship with someone can continue even after their death.
-
Give words to the things you may wish you could still say.
Through writing and reflection, we may explore letters to and/or from your loved one, unfinished conversations, memories, questions, gratitude, love, and the things that sometimes feel too difficult to say out loud.
-
Explore what it means to move forward while carrying your loved one with you.
Moving forward doesn’t mean moving on or leaving someone behind. We’ll reflect on what life looks like now, how grief continues to change, and how you can make space for both your loss and the life you are still living.
Who Is This For?
This Circle is for you if…
You’ve lost someone you love, and life hasn’t felt quite the same since.
You’re tired of hearing that you should be “doing better” by now.
You want a place where you can talk about your person—and the grief that comes with missing them.
You sometimes feel alone, even when you’re surrounded by people who love you.
You’re looking for women who get it without needing to explain.
You want to make space for the sadness, anger, loneliness, confusion, and all the other feelings that come with grief.
You’re ready to take a small step toward finding your way forward—without leaving your grief behind.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up.
See What Women Are Saying
“The Support Circle gave me a space to feel understood and not judged, as well as a place to express my sadness to people that "got it" and listened without dismissing any of my feelings.”
“It helped a lot to listen to other people's experience with sadness and loneliness after losing "their person" because I felt less alone and it helped me to stop questioning myself. Listening also helped me to put my own sadness, anger and loneliness into words.”
“Try it. You'll be surprised by how much just taking this small step will help you take other steps forward.”
Ready to Join the Circle?
You don't have to know exactly what you're looking for, you don't have to have the perfect words, you just have to be willing to show up.
