GLOW Gatherings.
In-Person Experiences for Women Navigating Change, Loss & Life’s In-Between Moments
GLOW Gatherings are intimate, in-person experiences created for women navigating change, loss, and life transitions—and for women who simply want a little more connection, reflection, and space to take care of themselves.
These aren't traditional support groups.
They're opportunities to pause, connect, explore, create, laugh, reflect, and simply be—in the company of other women who understand that life can hold both hard things and good things at the same time..
What is GLOW?
GLOW is about what becomes possible when we give ourselves permission to pause, reconnect with ourselves, and care for what we need—especially during times of change and transition.
It’s about remembering that you are still here.
That there is still a life to live.
That taking care of yourself isn’t selfish.
That connection matters.
❋ G – Grieve Fully
Give yourself permission to feel what you feel. Honor the emotions that come with loss, change, and the seasons of life.
❋ L – Love Yourself
Self-care isn’t selfish. Make space for yourself through self-compassion, healthy boundaries, and the things that help you feel more like you.
❋ O – Own Your Healing
There is no one right way forward. Explore what you need, find the tools that help, and take ownership of your own journey.
❋ W – Wake Up to Life
Make room for what’s still here. Find joy, purpose, connection, and new possibilities while honoring everything you’ve been through.
WHAT HAPPENS AT A GLOW GATHERING?No two GLOW Gatherings are exactly alike.
Each gathering is intentionally designed around a different theme, activity, or opportunity for connection.
You might find yourself…
-
Creating space to reflect, process, and put words to what you're experiencing.
-
Exploring grief and life through art, crafts, vision boards, jewelry, or other creative experiences.
-
Sitting around a table and having honest conversations with women who understand.
-
Learning about spirituality, mindfulness, self-care, or other tools that can support you along the way.
-
Getting outside, slowing down, caring for your body, or simply giving yourself permission to pause.
-
Because grief doesn't mean we have to stop having fun, trying new things, or enjoying our lives.

Write It. Feel It. Heal It.
An evening to put pen to paper, get out of your head & make space for what’s within.
With Grief Coach Nicci Scimone
October 27 | 6:30 - 8:00pm | 40 Riverpath Drive, Framingham
$39 | Registration RequiredYou don't have to be a writer. You don't have to know what you want to say. And you definitely don't have to have a perfectly organized journal waiting for you at home.
Sometimes, you just need a little space to slow down, put pen to paper, and see what comes up.
Who Is This For?
This evening is for women who could use a little time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
Maybe you're navigating grief or a life transition. Maybe you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply craving some quiet time for yourself.
Or maybe you just love to write.
Wherever you are, you belong here.
No journaling experience required. No pressure to share. No “Dear Diary” skills necessary.
What Can You Expect?
Come with an open mind and leave with a little more clarity, connection, and maybe a few pages filled.
During the evening, we’ll:
🎡 Discover the Feelings Wheel — We’ll introduce the Feelings Wheel as a simple tool to help you identify and name what you’re actually feeling. Sometimes finding the right word is the first step toward understanding what’s going on beneath the surface.
✍️ Write from where you are — We’ll offer a variety of journaling prompts throughout the evening, but they won’t be set in stone. We’ll pay attention to the energy and needs of the group and choose prompts that feel right for the room.
💭 Explore what’s underneath — Our prompts may invite you to explore your feelings, relationships, transitions, hopes, challenges, memories, or what you need more (or less) of in your life right now.
🤍 Share—or simply listen — There will be opportunities to connect and share, but nothing is required. Your journal is your private space, and you decide what you want to keep to yourself.
✨ Leave with something to take with you — Maybe it's a new insight, a new perspective, a feeling you finally put into words, or simply the reminder that you gave yourself permission to pause.
No perfect journal entries. No pressure to have the “right” answer.
Just a pen, some prompts, a little curiosity, and a willingness to see what comes up.

An Evening of Curiosity, Connection & a Little Bit of Magic
With Heather Maguire, founder of Unconventional Intuitive
Monday, November 9 | 6:30–8:00 PM

Join me and Heather Maguire for a relaxed, playful evening of mocktails, conversation, curiosity, and a little spiritual exploration.

Throughout the evening, Heather will invite us to play, experiment, and get curious about how the divine might be showing up in our everyday lives. There may be a few surprises along the way—and you’ll have the opportunity to experience some of them for yourself.
Expect good conversation, laughter, connection, and maybe a few “me too” and “how did you know?” moments.
Who Is This For?
