Overview
Life is full of change, endings, and new beginnings — and each of these moments can bring grief. Not all grief comes from death; subtle losses, growth, and transitions can be just as tender and challenging.
Starting in February, Jayme is hosting the Grieve2Live Support Circle, a small, intimate gathering for 8–12 womenwho are navigating life’s transitions, grief, and the tender in-between spaces. This circle provides a safe, confidential space to:
Share openly
Be witnessed
Feel supported
Connect with other women on similar journeys
Circle Format
Each session follows a simple, intentional rhythm:
I Do: Jayme introduces a topic or practice and models it for the group.
You Do: Participants reflect, journal, or explore the topic individually.
We Do: The group comes together to share, witness, and learn from one another.
This structure allows for reflection, connection, and compassionate support in a nurturing environment.
Circle Guidelines & Commitment
Participants will sign an Intention Form and commit to:
Showing up each month fully and honestly
Participating as both speaker and listener
Maintaining confidentiality
Minimizing distractions and being fully present
Speaking from personal experience using “I” statements
Holding space for others and allowing yourself to be held
Investment
$25 per session ($125 total for the 5-month circle), payable in advance to secure your spot.
